WESTON'S 1ST JAZZ GAME

Last Monday Gary took Weston to the Jazz game. Weston received tickets from playing for Jr. Jazz this past season. They had alot of fun. Weston was able to sit with all his friends and be with his Dad. Gary shared with me last night this cute little story.

Gary and Weston had passed the concession stands when they got to the game and Gary could hear Weston trying to sound out the words on one of the signs. It was a sign for beer so Gary just ignored what he was sounding out. Then during half time they went down to the concession stands to get a treat where Gary met up with Travis our good friend. As they were all standing in line Gary asked Weston what he wanted and he blurted out "a draft beer". All the guys started laughing which made Weston get upset not knowing what he had said that would make them laugh at him. Then Gary explained that Draft Beer was alcohol. Weston was really embarrassed. Gary tried to explain that they weren't laughing at him but with him but Weston still was embarrassed. Gary made it up to him by buying him a huge ice cream cone. I just love the innocence of kids. Too bad they don't stay that way forever.

Yes, the things kids say. We love them. Sounds like they had a great time. I know that my boys have a great time at those Utah Jazz games.
